The Company has taken measurable steps to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the Clients’ personal data. The Company shall not disclose any of its Clients’ confidential information to a third party unless made necessary to do so by a regulatory authority. Such disclosure shall occur on a ‘need-to-know’ basis unless otherwise instructed by the regulatory authority, in which case the Company shall expressly inform the third party regarding the confidential nature of the information.
All private data is regarded as confidential and will be shared only within the Company by its employees and affiliates for business purposes only. The Company will not sell or give away Clients’ names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses or any other such personal data to any third parties. The Company will use a range of security measures to protect Clients’ personal data from unauthorized users. The policy sets out the methods and procedures used by the Company to collect, use and manage personal information from its visitors and potential and active clients through the Company’s website.
